These Terms of Service define the terms of sale between BySvStore and any person making a purchase through our website. By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

Orders

All orders placed on our website imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You will receive an email confirmation upon validation of your purchase.

Products

We offer cosmetic products. Descriptions and photos are provided for illustrative purposes only. Despite our best efforts, slight differences may exist between the photo and the delivered product.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include all taxes (VAT). Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept secure payments by credit card and other methods offered on the website.

Delivery

We deliver within France and internationally. Delivery times are specified in our Delivery Policy. BySvStore cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

In compliance with article LIn accordance with Article 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, for hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, no return or refund request will be accepted, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Responsibility

BySvStore cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of purchased products. The buyer is responsible for verifying the compatibility of the products with their intended use and for adhering to the instructions for use.
