For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or refunds are accepted for cosmetic products once they have been opened, tested or used.

Damaged products or order error

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or an order error, please contact contact.bysvstore@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, attaching supporting photos.

After verification, a refund or a replacement of the product may be issued.

Terms and conditions

• Return shipping costs (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to BySvStore.
• A 4% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
• No refund will be issued without proof of purchase or after the deadline.
• BySvStore reserves the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
