BySvStore offers cosmetic products for sale. Each product is described in detail on its corresponding page. The photographs are not contractual but accurately reflect the products offered.
Any order placed constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. BySvStore reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are specified before order confirmation.

Delivery times are specified in the Delivery Policy and may vary depending on the destination and carriers.
The customer is required to provide a complete and accurate address. BySvStore cannot be held responsible for any address errors attributable to the customer.
In accordance with current legislation, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Apart from this case, no returns will be accepted.
BySvStore cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products or use not in accordance with the recommendations provided.
